I’m Denise Ellis, founder of Crown Consulting—and if you’re a dentist
trying to hold it all together while building something, that matters.

I see you.

I’ve sat across from doctors who were overwhelmed, burned out, and
unsure what to fix first. And I’ve walked with them—through the chaos,
the tough calls, and the “no one taught me this in dental school” moments. I don’t bring a cookie-cutter plan. I bring strategy, straight talk,
and 17 years of experience in the trenches. I care about people, purpose,
and doing what’s right even when it’s not easy.
